The year 2007 marks the 30.th anniversary of the Star Wars Premiere. Of course LEGO will celebrate this anniversary. New items and sets will be created and published and LEGO announced in a press release, that all sets will include unique elements and figures. One of the most important new releases will be the Millenium Falcon in the LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series. Its release is announced for the 1st of October 2007.
LEGO hopes that the sales will also be supported by the release of the new collectors DVD sets to be issued in 2007. For the first time the LEGO Star Wars video game will be released for Nintendo Wii. The Title will be: “LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga” and will include all episodes issued for other game consoles already. It has not been decided yet, weather Wii mode will be supported by this Action-Adventure. “LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga is the first ever Wii project developed by Lucas Arts. The next LEGO Star Wars Wii game is planed for October 2007 and titled “Thrilville”. “The Complete Saga” will be available also for all the other next-gen consoles.
